Choose your class
Trucker delivers freight; Mechanic repairs and tows vehicles. Use /class to switch. After your first spawn, this sets GPS to the class base without moving you. Joining a different class leaves you off duty.
Clock in: start working
Clock in means start your work shift. Hold Left Alt at your class foreman, open the employment menu and choose Clock in. You put on your work uniform and unlock job activities.
- Trucker: accept freight contracts and collect work rigs at the depot.
- Mechanic: accept repair and tow calls, use advanced repair kits, buy workshop parts and craft kits.
Clock out: finish working
Choose Clock out with the same foreman to end your shift and restore your civilian outfit. You keep your class and earned progress, but regular job paychecks stop while off duty.
- Off duty, you cannot take freight or dispatch jobs, use advanced repair kits, or use the mechanic parts counter and workbench.
- You can still explore, shop, drive personal vehicles, use ordinary repair and tyre kits, request roadside help and view your career. Mechanics can still open their workshop locker.
Ending a shift or changing class
- Trucker: finish or cancel your contract and return or release the rig before clocking out.
- Mechanic: finish your calls and return the flatbed first. Clocking out releases assigned calls and removes the work flatbed.
- Clock out before switching class with /class. Each career keeps its earned XP and rank. Every login starts you off duty.
